These terms cover your use of Linkwatch, run by Satvik. By creating an account you agree to them. You need to be at least 18 to use it.

Please read this one carefully

Linkwatch helps you keep track of dates. It doesn't guarantee them.

It reads pages automatically and can miss a date, misread one, or fail to notice a change. Some sites can't be read at all. Emails can be delayed or end up in spam. Always check important deadlines on the original page. We aren't responsible for a deadline, opportunity or fee you miss.

Your account

Keep your password safe, and use an email address that's yours. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

• Only save pages you're allowed to access.
• Don't use Linkwatch to overload, attack or scrape websites, or to reach private networks.
• Don't try to get around our limits or security.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Third-party websites

The pages you save belong to other people, and we don't control their content. Linkwatch respects robots.txt, and can't read every site.

Availability

We provide Linkwatch as it is, and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you've paid us in the last 12 months or ₹1,000.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes go to the courts of Odisha.
